Are you tech savvy with a business mindset? Are you experienced in leading change? SuperOffice is seeking a dynamic Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to drive the strategic direction and execution of our product and technology initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to take on one of our most important roles and make a direct impact on our business. As our new CPTO, you’ll lead our RnD team through a transformation, emphasizing the translation of customer needs into profitable products. You’ll also be instrumental in guiding us through the transition of migrating our customers to the public cloud (Azure).

💪 Your role

You’ll be busy…

• Leading and inspiring your diverse team of over 50 professionals through a transformation all the while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, teamwork, and customer-centricity
  

• Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies that prioritize customer value and commercial viability while balancing technical debt
  

• Driving the commercial success of our product portfolio, with specific focus on revenue growth and market expansion into Northern Europe
  

• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives

• Working closely with marketing, sales, consulting and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and an effective feedback loop

• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that each stage from conception to launch maximizes customer satisfaction and commercial returns, plus timely delivery and successful market adoption

• Experience in migrating an application to a modern tech stack and the cloud

• Be able to understand and challenge our current path/plans
  

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing product management and technology functions

• Tech savvy with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and emerging trends

• Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative, profitable products and solutions

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product and technology strategies
  

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people and lead change
  

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align product and technology initiatives with overall business goals
  

• Eagerness to stay on top of industry trends and drive continuous improvement and innovation

• Fluent English and Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) skills required, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
