As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and driving customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for leading the execution of paid media campaigns, from larger strategic initiatives to smaller targeted efforts. By collaborating closely with digital marketers, content creators, and sales teams, you'll ensure our performance marketing strategies effectively boost engagement, conversions, and ROI.
💪 Your role
In this role, you will:
- Drive growth and performance: Strategically and tactically enhance the growth, performance, and value of our digital channels, with a focus on paid media.
- Manage ad campaigns: Oversee and optimize daily campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Work with Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Manage advertising initiatives within our ABM programs to target high-value accounts effectively.
- Optimize for conversions: Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
- Perform trend analysis: Identify trends and insights to optimize ad spend and improve campaign performance.
- Deliver data-driven reporting: Conduct thorough reporting and data analysis based on key metrics, providing actionable insights. Build tailored reports, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Be a part of a multi-channel strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test, and refine the end-to-end multi-channel buyer’s journey.
- Collaborate with the content team: Provide crucial insights to content producers to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Continue to learn: Stay updated with the latest technologies, tactics, and platforms in digital marketing.
- Share your knowledge: Proactively share strategies, findings, and key insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
⭐️ Your skills
We’re looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience: A minimum of 5 years managing ad accounts in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook).
- Passion for digital marketing: Deep enthusiasm for digital marketing, marketing technologies, learning, and analytics.
- B2B expertise: A comprehensive understanding of complex B2B marketing and sales processes.
- SEO skills: Experience with SEO is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, test, and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborative spirit: Eagerness to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Multilingual experience: Previous experience working with multiple markets in various languages.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in a Nordic language and excellent business English skills.
