💪 Your role
At SuperOffice, you'll be busy...
- Communicating with customers via phone, email and chat
- Proactively solving issues that our customers encounter when using our CRM
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our product and services
- Working with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry and analysis in various platforms
- Converting customers into passionate evangelists of our CRM

- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Language requirements: fluency in English and German.
- Creativity and energy
- Product evangelism
