SuperOffice is looking for a junior Controller within internal accounting and reporting processes.
This role will focus on monitoring IT-related hosting costs, handling financial reporting for holding companies, assisting with transfer pricing documentation, and supporting the CFO and finance team with monthly reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and an eye for detail, and be committed to ensuring accurate and reliable financial data.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- IT Cost Management: Track internal IT costs, especially those related to cloud hosting for our product. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Azure pricing structure and the impact on financial reporting.
- Monthly reporting: Support the CFO in preparing monthly financial reports, providing insight into revenues, costs and overall financial performance.
- Reconciliations: Participate in monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data across internal systems.
- Transfer pricing documentation: Contribute to preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation, ensuring correct allocation between companies and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Be responsible for accounting and reporting for specific areas within the SuperOffice structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Excel reporting templates: Help prepare and maintain Excel templates for reporting purposes.
- Ad Hoc analyses and project work: Perform various analyses related to budgets and long-term plans, as well as for evaluating future strategies. Participate in potential project work.
⭐️ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a corporate environment. Accounting background with expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting principles.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial reporting and analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights based on financial data.
