We’re looking for a curious and capable Software Engineer with a passion for cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and helping others grow. Based in Vilnius, you’ll join a distributed team working across Norway and Sri Lanka, while collaborating closely with local developers.

This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll help evolve our cloud platform, improve development workflows, and become a trusted expert on AKS, Azure, and IaC. You’ll also play a key part in knowledge sharing and building team capabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

• IaC development: Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and Helm

• Backend/fullstack development: Design and implement scalable solutions using .NET / C#

• Code reviews: Give thoughtful, constructive feedback to your teammates

• Mentorship: Support others with your knowledge, experience, and coaching

• Cloud architecture: Contribute to design and optimization of our Azure and AKS environment

• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with teammates across Norway, Sri Lanka, and Lithuania

• Team alignment: Build strong working relationships with other Vilnius-based developers

🚀 Your Roadmap to Success:

Your first 6 months:

• Get familiar with our stack: .NET / C#, Bicep, Helm, Azure

• Deliver solid, production-ready code and IaC with increasing independence

• Join in on team rituals, discussions, and shared development practices

• Build trust and connection across your distributed and local teams

• Start sharing knowledge in your areas of strength

Your next 6–24 months:

• Become a go-to person for AKS and IaC across the teams

• Take a leading role in infrastructure development and ownership of continuous improvements

• Drive mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Align development work across teams in Vilnius

• Influence cloud architecture and technical direction

⭐️ Your Superpowers:

• 3+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development

• Hands-on experience with .NET / C#, Azure, and IaC tools like Bicep and Helm

• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS experience is a big plus!)

• Strong communicator who enjoys helping others succeed

• Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and collaboration styles

• Self-motivated, proactive, and curious about better ways to build and deploy software
