At SuperOffice, we believe in the power of strong partnerships to drive success. As a Partner Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to ensure our sales partners not only meet but exceed their goals in both sales and customer loyalty.
This role is pivotal to our growth. Sales through our partner network represent a part of SuperOffice’s overall revenue targets, making your contribution essential to achieving — and surpassing — our strategic and tactical objectives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to drive growth, innovation, and lasting success.
💪 Your Role:
- Establish strategic and tactical objectives for the sales partner to reach or exceed their sales goals
- Establish and maintain a relevant territory plan in accordance with SuperOffice guidelines for each partner
- Break down the strategic goals in each territory plan into operationally measurable sub-goals
- Ensure progress and ownership of set operational goals
- Measure and follow up on operational KPIs such as current sales pipeline, lead-to-deal conversion rate, and average lead time from lead to deal
- Ensure that the sales partner has the right conditions and is up to date on SuperOffice product range and content
- SuperOffice "way of working" regarding business and business models
- Ensure that the sales partner always has access to relevant training and information channels within SuperOffice
As part of the partner team at SuperOffice, you have explicit project management responsibilities for your assigned sales partners, but you are measured at the team level, which means you have a shared responsibility to help your colleagues reach and exceed their goals in order for the team to reach its composite team goals

- Fluent in Swedish and English
