Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are looking for our next Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join our European Support Team. You'll work alongside fun, energetic colleagues and you'll be responsible for converting customers into passionate SuperOffice evangelists. We are looking for someone to support our Dutch speaking customers, so speaking Dutch is a requirement for this role.
💼 Your Role:
Communicate with our Dutch speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Cross collaborate with our internal departments to meet customers' needs
Master the Costumer Service module of SuperOffice and actively use additional programs for identifying and resolving customer’s challenges faster.
⭐ Your Superpowers:
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently
Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and cloud-based applications
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Fluency in both English and Dutch
