In the next step, you’ll meet some of your potential future colleagues. We’ll dive deeper into the role, your experience, and how your skills match what the team needs. This is also your opportunity to learn more about day‑to‑day work and team collaboration at SuperOffice.

Case or technical interview
Depending on the role, you’ll complete a case or technical interview. This step is designed to reflect real‑life scenarios and give you a chance to show how you think, solve problems, and approach your craft.

Meet the leadership
As a final step, you’ll meet the leadership team or the people responsible for the function you’re applying for. This conversation focuses on alignment, expectations, and how we can succeed together in the long term.
