As our first partner manager in the Benelux, you'll take the lead in building strong partnerships and laying the foundation for long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape our partner ecosystem and make a real impact.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Searching for and identifying new (referral) partners in the Dutch market.
- Creating an operational plan based on SuperOffice's strategic plan regarding partnerships.
- Connecting relevant partners that align with SuperOffice's values and objectives.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential partners and build trust and enthusiasm from the start.
- Conducting constructive discussions with potential partners to explore and maintain collaboration opportunities.

- You have proven experience in partner management, preferably in SaaS, CRM or technology.
- You are results driven.

- You combine strategic thinking with practical execution – from defining outreach to conducting discussions with potential partners.
- You thrive in an independent role where you can provide direction and take responsibility.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
