Senior Business Development Manager

We’re growing in the DACH market – and this is your chance to be part of something new. As our first Senior Business Development Manager in Germany, you’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships that expand SuperOffice’s reach and impact. This is more than a sales role – it’s about connecting with the right people, creating win–win relationships, and setting the foundation for long-term success in a new market.
💼 Your role:
- Identify and engage new potential partners for SuperOffice across the DACH region.
- Build and maintain a “match list” of resellers, agencies, tech partners, and other strategic allies.
- Present the value of SuperOffice – showcasing our solutions, our people, and our partnership potential.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring they’re set up for success from day one.
- Generate initial sales leads together with new partners, helping them kick off their journey with real business opportunities.
- Work closely with our team to shape our partner strategy in the DACH market.

- You bring proven experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, ideally within SaaS, tech, or CRM.
- You have a strong network in the DACH market and understand what makes partnerships thrive.
- You’re a hunter at heart – motivated by building something new and seeing results grow from your efforts.
- You’re a confident communicator, able to engage senior decision-makers and present with impact.
- You’re structured, self-driven, and excited about working in a role where you can shape the direction from day one.
- You’re fluent in German and English.
