Sales Enablement Manager

SuperOffice is looking for our first Sales Enablement Manager who will own the enablement function end-to-end- from creating sales plays to training our teams on how to sell effectively. This is a high-impact, hands-on role and the opportunity to shape how we sell across Europe.
You’ll be the go-to person for sales enablement, ensuring our sales organization has the tools, training, and motivation to build pipeline, close deals, and maximize contract value for new, acquired, and existing products.
💼 What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales Excellence:
- Deliver practical training on how to sell SuperOffice products and solutions.
- Introduce best practices for pitches, plays, and initiatives that boost pipeline and conversion.
Own Quarterly Sales Plays:
- Design and implement at least one impactful sales play per quarter.
- Analyze pipeline and contract value potential to identify opportunities.
- Suggest target segments and selections for execution.
Accelerate Product Adoption:
- Ensure new products gain visibility and mindshare within the sales organization.
- Transform product launch kits into actionable, tailored sales materials.
- Act as the go-to resource for sales content, presentations, and requests.
Create Energy & Measure Impact:
- Build enthusiasm through competitions, challenges, and recognition programs.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.

⭐ Your Superpowers:
- 5+ years of hands on experience in sales, sales enablement, sales operations, or B2B SaaS sales, preferably CRM.
- Strong understanding of pipeline building, sales methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; enthusiasm and ability to inspire and engage sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and optimize initiatives.
- Creativity and attention to detail when designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
