SuperOffice needs you! We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Manager.
With a passion for Customer Relationship Management, we develop award-winning CRM software. SuperOffice is one of Europe's most successful cloud CRM providers for the business-to-business market. Our software helps companies and employees achieve higher sales, stronger marketing and high-quality customer service. SuperOffice now has more than 6,000 happy customers and 250+ employees working at the head office in Oslo and distributed across the 7 other offices in Europe.
To achieve our ambitious growth goals, we are looking to strengthen our sales team in Denmark.
💪 Your role
As an Account Manager...
- You are always looking for new opportunities to drive value for your customers. You provide strategic advice to customers with the aim of embedding and expanding SuperOffice CRM and consulting services to optimize the customer's business processes and outcomes
- You have a natural instinct for people and a sustainable relationship
- Building account plans with the client with a view to a qualified pipeline to achieve your individual goal. This means we are looking for someone who is a real initiator, comes up with ideas themselves and has an eye for commercial opportunities. Our marketing team is ready to create opportunities in your territory together with you
- You're achieving your goal by networking, holding meetings, giving presentations and conducting product demonstrations to ultimately arrive at a proposal and negotiate this with the customer
- Planning and conducting your meetings according to our unique Solution Selling method
⭐️ Your SuperPowers
- Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in technology sales, preferably SaaS, whole application software and preferably CRM or CX solutions
- You are a real 'farmer' and you feel comfortable working with close customer relationships
- You are comfortable working with long-term account plans and pipelines and executing these with a focus on quarterly
- You recognize yourself in the following characteristics: goal-oriented, confident, curious, responsible and you are an independent person who communicates and performs in a natural way
- You have experience and/or interest in business processes and are able to discuss this with the management/directors of our customers
- You speak and write fluent Danish and have experience with Microsoft Office products. You are proactive, energetic, open-minded and a real team player!
